Terms of Use – BuzzWheel

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BuzzWheel mobile application (the “App”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use BuzzWheel.

3. Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

1. Subscriptions. Optional paid subscriptions unlock additional game modes.
2. Billing. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
3. Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Store account at least 24 hours before renewal.
4. Refunds. All refunds are handled by the Stores under their policies.
5. Price Changes. We may change prices for future periods; you will be notified by the Store.

5. User Conduct

• No reverse-engineering or modification of the App.
• No unlawful, harmful, or harassing activity.
• No uploading of malicious code.
• No unauthorised access to another user’s data.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, graphics, and content in the App are owned by or licensed to BuzzWheel.

7. Analytics & Diagnostics

We use Vexo Analytics and Sentry for anonymous usage analytics and crash diagnostics. No personal data is collected.

8. Third-Party Links & Content

The App may contain links to third-party content; we are not responsible for such content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

BuzzWheel shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BuzzWheel harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by California law; disputes are subject to the courts of San Francisco County, California.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms; material changes will be posted in-app.
